Shipping policy
At SensibleIO, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. We currently ship all orders within South Africa using The Courier Guy as our trusted delivery partner.
Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and packed within three business day after payment has been received. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Times
The Courier Guy’s standard delivery lead times apply. Please allow an additional few days for us to pack and prepare your order.

Main city centres: Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

Outlying or rural areas: Delivery may take 3–5 business days, depending on location.
Please note that delivery timeframes may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over R1000.
For orders under R1000, a flat delivery fee of R100 applies nationwide. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a Courier Guy tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. If you experience any issues or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. SensibleIO cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can update it before dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist with a replacement or refund.
